Wordless Wednesday: Highland Sunshine

mountain views and autumnal trees and heather

Today we have some wordless music for you too by talented Aviemore artist Stevie Macleod, performing his song The Highlands. Regular readers of this blog will recognise many of the locations in the video:

Stevie has just released his first digital EP called Where I Call Home, which is available via Apple Music, Spotify and Bandcamp.

Wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday,

Raven’s Rock Gorge

The wooden bear sculpture is a tribute to the bears who once roamed here. We were glad to see it hadn’t been covered by the latest landslips and that most of the trees around him survived the storm too.

I have been enjoying fellow photographer Jez Braithwaite’s creative images with his new lensball and decided to have a little play.

Wishing you a blessed Spring Equinox if you’re in the Northern Hemisphere and a happy Autumn Equinox to our friends in the Southern Hemisphere. May you all stay safe and well,
