Tanka: Fire in the Sky

if only
we could fly with the kite
the glittering sea
sweeps us into summer
with fire in the sky

  1. Love the tanka and pictures! I’ve never surfed but can imagine that kite surfing would be so much fun and give you an adrenaline rush like no other. Wonder how they stop once they get the kite up in the air? Eivor and Pearl look like they are really enjoying the romp on the beach.

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words dear Vicky 🧑 The surfing looks like a lot of fun and the ones who surf here seem to slow their speed when turning into the wind and/or sitting back above the water πŸ™‚ Enjoy your weekend and please give Tippy a big pat from us all πŸ€—πŸ’– xxx
