Haibun: Never Forgotten

Restrictions begin to ease. We can go out twice a day for sport or exercise, provided we stay local. The gorse is in bloom, glittering in warm yellows. The water is clear, the air still free of pollution. It is quite something, to see anyone here.

  1. Such joy and enthusiasm for life in those leaping photos. Yesterday I was riding Biasini in the outdoor arena and looked up at the clear blue sky. Since we are near Toronto there are usually many of the cloud lines from airplanes above. But yesterday there were none. Not a one. No flying disturbing the beautiful clear blue.
