Tanka: A Wish

a smiling black whippet leaping up a hillside through wildflowers and grass
a smiling black whippet walking on a mountain trail

true kindness
between heather and grass
it glows and grows
the end of treatment bells
for all the children

This poem is dedicated to all the children with serious illness and their families.

The second line in this tanka later became the title of our second book.

Wishing you all a blessed Thursday,

with love from Eivor, Pearl and Xenia xxx

    1. Thank you dear Lois, we meet many children on our walks during the Summer holidays 🙂💜 Eivor and Pearl receive a lot of hugs and cuddles, especially from the little ones, and they love saying hello to them too 🤗🐾💖🐾 xxx
