Tanka: Nature’s Light

from afar this light
finds her way through the trees
over and over
we pause in silence
breathing the spring air

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words dear Cathy πŸ’œ We’ve had some overnight rain and might get some more tonight, which will hopefully help put out the wildfires. Hope you had a great day and much love to you and Finn from all of us here πŸ™‚πŸΎπŸ’–πŸΎ xxx

  1. This is so very lovely! Am just returned from international travel for work (and some family stuff) and it was fantastic to have left NYC with bare trees and green shoots struggling to find light, and to return to trees heavy with bloom and carpets of green grass everywhere. Spring is an absolute time of miracles! Fantastic photos!

      1. Thank you, my friend. I am glad to be back (jetlagged and exhausted and all), and it was an important, if complex, trip. I might’ve flown right over you at some point yesterday late afternoon … πŸ˜‰
