Great Haiku and wonderful pictures! The wind is really whipping the sand around. Eivor doesn’t seem to mind. Have a great rest of the week!

Thank you so much for your kind words dear Vicky 💜 We didn’t see any small dogs on the beach yesterday and Eivor and Pearl were just tall enough for them not to mind the flying sands 🙂🐾💖🐾 xxx

At the Great Sand Dunes National park which is pretty close, the first time I went, I couldn’t understand why the photos of the dunes were always out of focus then I realized it’s because the sand is ALWAYS moving. Kind of a profound realization… I love these photos and the dogs look totally happy. ❤

Thank you so much for your kind words dear Martha 💜 The soft sand always moves in the wind here too and it’s more visible when it blows across the wet tidal sands. Small dogs would get it in their eyes and ears and we didn’t see any of them out here. Thankfully Eivor and Pearl are tall enough for them not to be bothered by it and it makes for an exciting landscape to run through

This is a great time of year for tall, pointy hounds – wild winds, and an empty beach to run on! 🙂 ❤ xxx
