  1. Seize the day … and the whole nine yards. The reflection of the dog (name unknown to me) on the water is complemented by the jutting curve of the rocks.

    I want to go outside.
    She says the streets are icy
    She’s afraid to slip and slide
    If only she had feet like mine
    With pads, and fur and claws
    She wouldn’t have to wait
    Until there is a thaw.
