The fallen trees are left here and provide a home for micro-organisms and the rare aspen hoverfly.

  1. Lovely tanka, Xenia. It speaks of exploring the depths of nature, and exploring slow while taking in every bit of beautiful – be it the adventurous spirit within us or the lush green grass. Lovely images too. The fallen trees look like they are making series of steps, gigantic steps in fact. Cozy home for micro-organisms and the hoverfly when they come by. Happy walking amongst nature 🙂
