    1. Thank you Liesbet, this stretch of the river is too dangerous for dogs and humans to jump in. The water flows very fast and this photograph was taken just before a 3.6 metre drop. The bigger waterfall will feature in a future post! 🙂💖 xxx

      1. Surely it looks very pleasant and refreshing. I went to some place like that with my daughter. It has ten falls, two larger one and many small one. I love going back again. 🙂 🙂 ❤

    1. Thank you Fred, these forests in the Northern Highlands have different trees (aspen, beech as well as pine) and are younger than the ancient pine forests of the Cairngorms National Park (which you see in many of our other images) :o) xxx
