Haibun: Missing in Hamburg

It is with great sadness we share the news that the body of missing Inverness man Liam Colgan has been found in the river Elbe this morning. We want to thank all of you who offered help in sharing, retweeting and expressing your heartfelt thoughts. We have all been hoping for a better outcome. Our thoughts and prayers are with Liam’s family and friends at this difficult time.

  2. Please accept my condolences.
There is nothing that can be said that would erase the sadness of this day, but it seems that your community has come together, and that will be a source of strength.

  3. So sorry, my friend. Maybe the fair folk called his name, as they sometimes do, in what unfolds as too early a parting from this realm and into theirs. I hope he is in peace, and I hope his loved ones can find solace that he is no longer confused or lost. xoxo Na’ama
