Our caravan parks are full and yet the beach stays empty. The sky is topaz blue and the sea the colour of sapphire. This cold wind from the East is strong. She fills our eyes with water. Shells mingle with sand before the sea returns to save them.

While not a long weekend in the US, we certainly did enjoy it, with a surprise visit from sailing friends who we hadn’t seen in seven years! Glad to read you had a nice Easter Weekend, Xenia. xx
