Haibun: Among The Waves

We are grateful there is enough beach for us to stretch our legs at high tide. Waves roll and foam, carrying news for those who listen. The gulls squawk overhead, wings white as snow. With every step we walk into a new story.

  1. Happy Thursday – and what a happy haibun! The whippets are wrapped up warm – I hope you are too, Xenia – and enjoying the beach and the snow. I can hear the gulls squawking as I read – and the geese in the distance. πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you Kim, we are all wrapped up warm to enjoy our walks and it is lovely to have the geese stay here for Winter before they return to Canada and beyond! Hope you are keeping warm too, enjoy the rest of your Thursday! :o) xxx

Thank you so much for your kind words dear Lois πŸ’œ When you click on the link below Pixie’s photograph you can read more from her current foster family and how they are working with her to learn some basics on boundaries and behaviour. She will be able to thrive with someone who understands her needs and can manage her prey drive β˜ΊπŸ’–πŸ• xxx
