I’ve recently discovered the Cairngorms in a novel – albeit in winter, when it looked far less friendly and welcoming. You make it sound so beautiful. I’ll have to come and visit.

Thank you Marina, winters can be harsh in the Cairngorms and it is popular with people who enjoy wintersports and winter hiking. Each of the seasons brings its own beauty and challenges here and it is well worth a visit :o) xxx
