Some dogs don’t like them and Eivor and Pearl refuse to go out without their coats when it is cold or wet outside. Once the coats are on they are happy!😉

Ahh. Ok that makes sense. I thought it was a little child or a a doll riding on the dogs back at first glance and it did not enlarge well in my reader.
