Meditation is so easy it seems I must be missing something, but if it were really hard, as I imagine it should be, I would not be able to do it.

True, calm breathing is important. I haven’t said it before but you look so wonderfully warm, cozy and stylish in those coats. Dogs I’ve seen here in the south are not often as well dressed as you, which is a shame as it gets cold everywhere. Thank you for making me smile everyday. I’ve not always been logged in to comment but I do read 🙂
