Quadrille: Mindful Breathing

Breathe in new hope and dreams
a calm sense of peace.

Let go, on the out-breath
of all that  you no longer need.

The ancient art of meditation
is so simple for a reason.

Life was always meant to be easy
with mindful breathing.

  1. True, calm breathing is important. I haven’t said it before but you look so wonderfully warm, cozy and stylish in those coats. Dogs I’ve seen here in the south are not often as well dressed as you, which is a shame as it gets cold everywhere. Thank you for making me smile everyday. I’ve not always been logged in to comment but I do read 🙂

  2. I write down you haiku’s on post-it notes to remind myself to be good to me! Thanks so much, Xenia. I so agree with the blogger who said Eivor and Pearl look so cozy in their coats. That first photo, especially. Eivor looks so good in blue! 😀
