We are walking through the pine forest climbing to the higher ground. The sweet smells make me happy and I can hear the birds singing in the trees.
I know Ruby is here too. We saw angels on the mountain yesterday and they always remind me of Ruby. Our companions scattered her ashes in the forest and here her spirit runs free. Free from pain, free from illness. She is happy where she is now and that makes me very happy.
