Stepping off a bus one night, a wild-haired man
infused with drink and swaying on his feet,
stammered in a soft Irish voice: ‘I’ll walk you to
your door my love, you never know who you might meet.’

  1. Hi Xenia,
I’m still liking your page and your blogs, and your photos. Just got lost there for a bit. Technical stuff.
And thank you for you likes on my blog. Very much appreciated.
Have yourself a great summer, and drop in any time.
I will too, as often as I can.

  2. I love this for it’s wisdom and reality! LOL! A drunk gallant. Perhaps the best kind.
The sparseness of this piece is really attractive. We all tend to be too verbose, but this is perfection.
