    1. Hi Lois, Eivor and Pearl are both running in the header photo. Pearl is the blue and white whippet-Italian greyhound cross and Eivor is the black whippet-lurcher cross. In the post photographs, Eivor is looking straight at me whilst I am taking the photo. Seamus is physically absent in the images, although we all feel as if his spirit is present. There is a part of him that lives on through what he taught Eivor and Pearl. Eivor, in particular, seems to carry himself taller and has taken on more confidence.

  5. What a beautiful post! Seamus is still with you, although he may seem a little different. He has his youngest, strongest body, while keeping all the wisdom and knowledge of his worldly experience, while absorbing all the light of all the universe.

    He loves you all so much. He will be there just as long as you need, but don’t feel sad if he gallops off one day.

    Seamus has stars to chase and you have love to give and you have lessons to teach, the same ones Seamus taught you.

    Our Seamus was a stripy orange polydactyl named Stretch.

    Stretch is buried in our garden and still visits, but more erratically now, as our Human Daddy’s heart is almost healed now, almost capable of bearing the exponential power of love that Stretch bequeathed to him.

    We know this because Human Daddy sometimes messes up and starts to call our new brother Cosmo, the black and white Border Collie Mix, Stretch.

    1. Thank you so much for your wonderful words. Seamus, Ruby, Fergal, Flynn, Morris, Yoffi, Joshua, Naz, Christy and Paddy are all running free at Rainbow Bridge. We will be happy for Seamus to run on with all his pals when he is ready for his next big adventure.

      Stretch sounds like he was much loved and devoted to you all. He will always be there for you in your heart and in your memories.

      Our animal companions bring so many blessings with love and memories that last forever.
