Health Is A Precious Gift

I feel so blessed to live a healthy outdoor life and am eternally grateful for all that nature has to offer. Walking on the sand with the sun on my back feels how life is meant to be.

The sea sparkles in the sun and has a magic about it that humans can feel too.

We sometimes see people looking out over the sea, deep in thought. It is as if they are asking a question to a Higher Power.

I have seen people surrender their worries to the waves and the wind, scatter petals and ashes. People sometimes kneel on the sand and pray.

An answer always comes. Sea air can bring clarity in rhythm with the sound of the waves.

To us, it is play time and fun. For humans it can be so much more than that. All of it is healthy and all of it is part of the energy that sustains us all.

If you cannot come to the seaside in person, find yourself a place to sit quietly for a while and imagine you are on a beach. Feel the warmth of the sun touching your skin. Imagine yourself breathing in the fresh sea air, effortlessly and naturally. Hear the waves rolling towards the sand. Enjoy the peace and stay here as long as you want.

When you are ready to return to where you are you can bring your awareness back to the here and now. Feel the ground underneath your feet, the chair you are sitting on.

Then, on the next out-breath that feels right, you can open your eyes to a new moment.

With all my love,
